Great gym. Have a ton of equipment, rogue power/deadlift bars and rogue plates. Unique machines, perfect if traveling which I was..The system works and the people are great!!! You just have to be willing to do the work!.... more

The only reason you would go anywhere else is if you prefer bait and switch contracts, or require a leg press or extension machine . If you can't find the discipline and consistency to create your ideal body at The Weight House, then you won't find it anywhere.... more

Calm setting, smaller classes, and good quality yoga instructors. I have access to free yoga classes at my gym, but I still choose to come here instead. There is a wide variety of classes as well, which I live because I like to change things up from time to time.... more

Full Circle Yoga is awesome, they have a great variety of classes and friendly instructors. You can take the same class many times and still learn new poses. It is well suited for any level and the pass saves you money if you go frequently.... more
