Six weeks ago last Friday, I made the choice to become a healthier person; it was a choice that has changed me for the better. For my six week challenge, Bill set a goal for me to reduce my body fat by 6%. I started at 23%, my cardio was weak, and my energy level was all over the place during the day. Bill swiftly made what seemed impossible into a daily routine. My wife and committed to the Keto diet, and I went to 6am classes. Both kicked my butt, but after a few weeks in, my energy level was stable, my body fat was dropping, and I was beginning to see the difference. Bill was always there for me, supporting my diet and pushing me in class when I needed to be pushed. The challenge was tough, but, by the end, I had dropped over 10 pounds and my body fat was just over 14%. Bill and his crew are great motivators, and my fellow gym mates were always supportive and helpful, especially when I had no idea what I was doing. My wife and I are now full members of the gym, and we look forward to continue improving our health for ourselves and for our family. Thank you, Bill!
