My wife and I have been going here for two years, it's a fantastic community and great programming. Stephanie and all the coaches are great and are always looking to help you out.
I joined this gym thinking it was gonna be like every other gym I have attended. It is NOT!! They have definitely set the bar very high for other gyms to TRY and achieve. Their attention to detail and personal individualized concern for each members progress is unlike anything I have ever seen. They live by what they preach, "Education, Support and commitment" Stephanie and Carlos are amazing coaches that inspired me to do the best I could. If you are having any hesitation looking for gym to join. Look no further. This will be the last gym you ever join.
I started at Crossfit Winter Park after becoming tired of solo workouts in some of the big 24-hour gyms. I was looking for a more trained and varied approach to workout than the same machines I had been using for years. In the past five months, my form and body mechanics have improved dramatically, I have a consistent record of improvement and informaiton, and I'm finally not working out by myself anymore. The trainers are great, the people are great, and the music is great. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.
My husband and I have been going to CrossFit now for 3 years! We have enjoyed our time here, the coaches, owner and overall environment is absolutely wonderful! Every time my husband and I go we feel incredibly welcomed. They have become a part of our family. The coaches are encouraging and work with us to make sure we do not hurt ourselves. The support we have felt from the CrossFit community here at Winter Park is unmatched. Stephanie the owner is incredible and is always helping me become stronger. We are incredibly happy here and have been having an experience that I will always be grateful for.
I go to Crossfit Winter Park to buy CBD oil, Stephanie is always super friendly and helpful in selecting which product to get.

This is probably the best Crossfit in the Orlando winter park area. Jack runs a great box and can for sure help you with your fitness goals.

I've been around many CrossFit gyms. Hands down, CFWP is the best one. The community is what differentiates a gym, and the community at Winter Park is the best one I have ever had the pleasure to experience.
This CrossFit gym has the best coaches and owner in Central Florida! Whether you are new to CrossFit or experienced, they take the time to know the members.
They have great class hours and also offer open gym times. With the gym open all the time, it's so convenient. The location is central to everything in Orlando, Maitland and Winter Park.

I met Stephanie (owner) during a routine pick-up and, though I'm not a member of the box, was very welcoming for me to come by anytime for nutrition needs. She even took the time to recommend another service and my meals and nutrition have been on point ever since. True testament of her passion for health and fitness, and caring for the wellness of those around her.
