This is quite the experience. I am no athlete, but I was very curious to try this for fun. The employees are very friendly and explain you the process. Just jump and do it. I had a lot of fun with my wife

I really love it. The place is amazing. Cryo has really helped me reduce swelling and muscle soreness. It is so beneficial for recovery and skin care.
This was one of the best things i have ever done. My health is horrible with having graves and fibromyalgia and sime other issues. Since i had no energy and osin all the time i figured i would try and biy dud it work i felt energized all day no pain and felt brand new. This was definetly worth trying and cold isn't to bad. Definitely recomend
