I've lifted at multiple Gold's Gyms in the area. Arlington , DC , Rosslyn, Alexandria... and this 1 has benefits and drawbacks. Pros: Larger locker room than most Friendly Staff Not too busy but not a ghost town Fun and accepting environment Dedicated parking lot Cons: Classic Gym area does has a bit of an odor when walking in Overall it's an above average gym and I had a great workout!.... more

Super dirty. The McDonald's on M Street has cleaner bathrooms.. Facility is super run down. The female bathroom doors are missing locks, there's mildew on almost all the shower doors.... more

Clean. Friendly staff. Lockers, showers, sauna. Classes, private training. Good location. Parking free in deck below or when signs permit on the street.. Nearly impossible to cancel your membership, I had to go through my bank to stop the charges after being misled by the manager.... more

Hilariously bad. Half the machines are broken with no fix in sight. The equipment is old and dirty. Lockers are disgusting and have not been cleaned in years. Equipment is ancient and dirty and clearly not kept up.... more
