Had a tennis racquet restrung here.
Lasted 16 days/2 sessions/3 hours of play before the string popped, which is absurdly short and almost definitely the fault of the stringer. Even broke where the string was tied on one side.
They refused to refund or restring, so I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Not the best. The staff are not good and the place is very dirty.
The caucasian female manager is rude and lacks customer service skills.

Well I go there all the time for clinics and j am so much better at tennis now
I did some drill classes here and well as a few private lessons, and I can say my game has improved quite a bit, I am a 3.5 player. I liked the quality of the advice compared to other instructors I have had. If you never take lessons it can be difficult to improve your game. For people who want to play on a regular schedule all year, having an indoor facility like this with 8 courts is fantastic. I wish they had a couple of clay courts, that would add some variety. The only drawback is the price, indoor courts are not cheap to heat/cool/maintain, so they have to charge. Everyone who works there is very friendly.
Used to be better - now it is in disarray and A/C does NOT Work in summer! Staff at front desk can be very rude and lie about court availability.
