I love being able to start my day at one of Be Here Now's 9 am weekday classes. Whether it's the Tuesday gentle class, Wednesday or Thursday's flow, or Friday's Yin Yang class I always feel much better about getting to work on the days I took a class than those when I wasn't able to attend!.... more

I live this yoga studio. It's always clean and the staff is awesome. The evening classes get pretty crowded though.. Core Power has it's pros and cons and my review reflects that. I think one of the problems is I'm a certified yoga instructor so my standard is high.... more

All of the classes are beautifully taught by teachers will an intention to guide, strengthen, and heal. Many classes have a spiritual dimension as well, something I was looking for when I came to Flow.... more
