CAME TO GET HEALTHIER. LEFT DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS. My biggest issue with CorePower was the studio temperature, which was 95+ degrees F. It is meant to be a heated workout and a lot of people like that.... more
A wide variety of classes every day of the week. Friendly teachers who teach really fun classes. A real community vibe.. Good yoga place but every time I go they seem to have some kind of issue with processing payments.... more
Literally impossible to find street parking. Garage is $14. Waste of time and money. Nearly impossible to find a space to park around the studio. Unlike some other CPYs inside congested cities, this place does not validate parking in any way.... more
One of my favorite CorePower locations in DC. Like that there are lots of people in the classes, and the instructors are A+. LOVE Rebeca's Sculpt class. Tons of fun and a phenomenal workout.... more

The studio needs better ventilation. It started to become hard to breathe like there wasn't enough oxygen circulating in the studio. I had to step out to the back and catch some air and then return to the class a few times to avoid passing out.... more
Love this studio!. Initially I was a fan of this yoga studio but no longer so. I feel yoga studios are not always in step with how to run a business effectively and owners may benefit from training in that area.... more

Real simple...sun and moon has the best teachers.. My spouse and I have attended many classes at Sun and Moon, and I have to say this yoga studio is by far the best I have found in Arlington.... more
Barre classes here are brutal in a good way! All instructors make you feel super comfortable and the studio has a very welcoming vibe.. One of the best yoga studios in Arlington. Yoga classes are heated and intense.... more

I have going to yoga here for quiet a few time. Most of the time i rent mats. Yoga matts they rent are not clean. I vomitted to day morning during yoga session because of foul smell from yoga mat.... more
