Great gym, I was a member since first year they opened. Friendly staff and always great music to boost your workouts!.Great value for money, especially if you're an early riser, peak hours can get a little restrictive since there's only two benches and one squat rack.... more

This gym is to congested. It's only good for sitting in the steam room to relax. Sometimes I think people intentionally draws contact with you just to bump into you. Me personally, I strive to keep a good distance from people because most folks minds are corrupted by acting simple.... more

I was there two nights in a row and the guys were georgous and the place was very clean. The staff was wonderful and will go back again.Stopped by a couple months ago, just a decaying facility with nothing to offer but a place to burn your cash.... more
