This gym is never crowded, offers lunchtime yoga classes and always clean. totally worth it!. My usual gym is the MINT Dupont location, but I've gone to several classes at MINT Downtown and have always been happy with my experience! The Downtown location is extremely convenient if you work near Farragut, Metro Center, McPherson, south Dupont, etc.... more
I am a regular client here. Sometimes I have a 60 minute massage. Today I had a 90 minute one as some travel had left me stiff and with strained muscles. The massage was unbelievably good and the the support and guidance was outstanding.... more
Very kind and accommodating owner! Background: I had to change my contract start date because I was going to be overseas for a large portion of the month. I live this yoga studio. It's always clean and the staff is awesome. The evening classes get pretty crowded though.. Core Power has it's pros and cons and my review reflects that. I think one of the problems is I'm a certified yoga instructor so my standard is high.... more
