I've been going to this DS for about a year and I couldn't be happier with my results. Joe is a great coach/trainer that ACTUALLY KNOWS what he's talking about.
He gives you 110% when he trains you and you will see yourself getting stronger with his system.
The gym is small but has everything you need for a good workout. There aren't any mirrors so gym selfies won't be happening (thank God). No matter where you are in your fitness journey beginner, moderate, or experienced Dedicated Strength will help you meet your goals. Thanks Coach Joe!!

I was a client of Joe's at another gym before he opened Dedicated Strength at his new location.
Joe's quality in training is impeccable. I have had 4 different trainers. Sometimes, my old trainers would "fool around" while I was doing my sets. While I am doing my squats or my bench press, Joe stands beside me and watches my every move (even after four years of training together). This is exactly what I am paying for. Someone's full attention to my success.
Joe takes into account all my activities (I'm a swimmer) and utilizes all of his different certificates and degrees to help get me the best results (I have shoulder problems and he customizes my workouts to help with that).
He is a purist in his discipline.
The space is small but very efficient and very clean. I like the fact that it has high ceilings. It feels very open. All of the equipment is Brand brand-new.
The name "Dedicated Strength" really says it all.
This is the best gym I have ever gone to. Joe and Angela are incredibly knowledgeable and deeply committed to clients' success. I have seen Joe for several years now and have made strength gains I would not have thought possible (I'm 45 and not in any way a gym rat). The gym also has great equipment, is spotless, and very well organized. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
