The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the nail tech and masseuse were very kind. But as for the actual massage and manicure, 1 star. My masseuse used a TON of massage oil then then his elbow was directly on my spine 3 times.... more

We went to this facility because I was looking for more information about swimming lessons for my children, but when I arrived I went to the reception to ask for information, this lady treated me like I was asking for free I was speaking to her in English and she was acting like she doesn't understand English this is racism I want to let you know that if I looking for it is because I have the money to pay you need to look for people who want to work if I could put 0 stars I would leave them a bad experience.... more
I've been attending for about 18 months. The coaches are helpful and personable. Great routine for strengthening back and core muscles. It's made a tremendous difference in my quality of life, and I recommend it to anyone suffering from back issues.... more
Had a laughably bad experience trying to join this gym today. I went in and asked the guy at the front desk for a tour because I wanted to join and he said "have your ID" so I gave it to him, and then he just looked at me so I shrugged and said "I guess I'll show myself around.... more

Awful gym. Poor management. They didn't tell us they were closing the gym until a month before. They cancelled all classes a week before the gym actually closed. I didn't get any mail or email notification until 21 June about the gym closing.... more

Bring back the heavy dumbbells and get another pad to squat/deadlift on and this gym would be great..I love their classes! One of the BEST in the area..Probably the best in the area for budget gyms, definitely better than the ymca as far as equipment.... more
Visited this Y from out of town. Had car window smashed and items stolen in full parking lot while working out..Good gym. Bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly..This place is great to work out, and they have a great after school program.... more
Had a tennis racquet restrung here. Lasted 16 days/2 sessions/3 hours of play before the string popped, which is absurdly short and almost definitely the fault of the stringer. Even broke where the string was tied on one side.... more
Great gym, I was a member since first year they opened. Friendly staff and always great music to boost your workouts!.Great value for money, especially if you're an early riser, peak hours can get a little restrictive since there's only two benches and one squat rack.... more
