My children love Gymboree!! They have a great staff and really nice facilities. My daughter loves Mr. Rob!!. We definitely continue going to Gymboree.

We love the DC Gymboree and its staff! The equipment is rearranged frequently so the kids always have something new to explore and staff are enthusiastic and engaged. It's a bonus that this location is near the metro and zoo as well as having offstreet parking if needed.

My daughter loved Gymboree , she attended weekly classes with her nanny and they both had a great time. The play area and music rooms were engaging and entertaining. We only left recently as she grew a bit old for the groups but we are big fans and greatly enjoyed our time spent there.

I've been going there 3-4x per week with my daughter for the last few months (her ages 9-12 months old) and it's been wonderful, she loves it and I've made friends too! Yes, (per Norma's review below) the schedules were changed, and I was caught off guard too, but that's because the Gymboree emails went to my "Promotions" tab at first and I seldom check those. It wasn't a big deal, and it has an easy fix. Furthermore, Randy is 100% doing a *service* to members when he cancels classes on a snow day and replaces it with day-long open gym, so that everyone can drop in (classes are sorted by age). MOST IMPORTANT: Luciana and Rob, the instructors, are INCREDIBLE (hold on to them Randy!) Both are professionally trained musicians and give 110% every class, showering love on every single child. No idea how they keep track of so many names, they're both angels.

I don't have enough good things to say about Gymboree on Connecticutt Ave. We've been going with our son for about 6 months and it continues to be the highlight of our week! The teachers- especially Ms. Lisa- who is our son's regular teacher- are just wonderful. In a big city like DC, where they probably see a hundred or more children a week, they manage to learn everyone's name and make everyone feel special. The classes are so joyful and focused on exploration- rather than rule-following. Especially with my dare-devil baby, it just feels so good to be in a place where I know he'll always get a smile and a laugh from the staff, who welcome all the children to be themselves and take things at their own pace.
