I used to be a member at Gold's and let me tell you, I'm never going to a big box gym again. Colonial Fit caters more to people who like group workouts or who want personal training, but they did add some open gym time for current clients, which is nice.... more

Extremely convenient location for anyone living in the bottom. Has all of the essentials, no frills. There are no Hammer Strength machines here, if that's what you're into. Good, lowkey atmosphere, no distractions or people standing around socializing and taking up space like at other, larger gyms.... more

Great little gym!.This location has a great variety of classes during lunch and great instructors! I really look forward to attending class during my lunch hour. I also appreciate they have substitutes for the regular instructors when they are not available.... more
I abruptly cancelled my membership, after paying for two months in advance, because I found the staff to be unhelpful and the facility to be dirty and unkempt. I noticed this while signing up but hoped they were having an off day.... more
Absolutely my worst gym experience. Compel tricked me into signing a 1 year contract for personal training sessions ...BEWARE they use the word COMMITMENT. Thank GOD I cancelled within the 3 days.... more
