Great little gym!. This location has a great variety of classes during lunch and great instructors! I really look forward to attending class during my lunch hour. I also appreciate they have substitutes for the regular instructors when they are not available.... more

Absolutely my worst gym experience. Compel tricked me into signing a 1 year contract for personal training sessions ...BEWARE they use the word COMMITMENT. Thank GOD I cancelled within the 3 days.... more
