Awesome new Crossfit box in Richmond. Great for beginners and experienced athletes alike. I dropped in for a few nights as a visitor just after they opened and received excellent coaching from Trevor, Julie and Hannah.
Friendly, encouraging atmosphere, with a focus on helping you to achieve your potential.
On my second night I managed to get my first ever muscle-up!!! I then proceeded to pop out two more. All I needed was a few pointers on technique and some patient coaching and after two years of Crossfit training I can finally do a muscle-up.
