I like to run, but I know I need to be doing exercises with weights. This was a great full body workout that left my arms sore the next day and left me feeling strong. The coach checks your form, which was important to me, and I was able to go at my own pace within the intervals.

I have been a member of Styles Group Fitness for 2+ years now and absolutely LOVE it! The trainers are encouraging, accommodating, and always challenging utilizing a variety of equipment and workout formats. You'd think after going 2x a week for almost 3 years, I'd have experienced the same workout from time to time, but not a chance. This is exactly why I, and many others, keep coming back! Each workout is unique which allows all of their clients to find their personal comfort zone and push right past it. I highly recommend SGF to anyone interested in jump starting or maintaining their overall fitness routine. If you are looking for a high energy workout and a fabulous bunch of welcoming women Styles Group Fitness is the perfect place for you!

I have been so pleased with Styles! I had reached a point where my motivation was gone - and was having a really hard time trying to figure out how to make my health and love for working out fit in with my family life . This has blended so well. The community of women and the group setting keeps my motivation up, and Whitney and the coaches' expertise keeps the workouts upbeat, challenging, and always different. A traditional "gym" membership just isn't in the same category- I could NEVER push myself the way the experts at Styles push me to keep improving.
Ive been a member for 3+ months now, and have seen great results. Not just weight loss, inches and tone- Most importantly, I have a lot more energy- which has given me a much better ability to keep up with my kids! Love it !

I've only been a member for a little over a month and I have already lost seven pounds and feel so much better! At first it is a little intimidating because everyone knows each other well, but at every class I was introduced to the group and everyone was friendly and welcoming. In addition to that, the workouts are no joke! They are challenging and way better than anything I could do on my own. The instructors also are great about giving alternatives for certain exercises if you need it. I've paid way more for personal training with much lesser results.

I have been a member at Styles for about 8 months and it just keeps getting better and better! I did the two week trial and was immediately hooked. At the time, I was in a major exercise rut and could not get motivated. Everyone at Styles was so welcoming and friendly to me when I started...I felt like I was a part if the community and that made me want to keep coming back. The workouts are AWESOME! They are always different and you feel like you've really pushed yourself. I feel stronger than I have ever felt. I think the small group aspect is MUCH BETTER than personal training. We all help and motivate each other and a friendly sense of competition makes you want to keep going even when the workout gets tough. I love the SGF community and cannot say enough great things about it.

I've been a member of Styles for over 3 years now, almost since Whitney opened it. I belong to three different gyms but this is the only place that has given me the motivation to keep consistently working out at least 3x a week. Having the same group of ladies in my classes has been key. There are days I don't want to put 100% effort, but seeing how hard they are working out inspires me. The workouts are no joke, but they are designed so you can work at your own level. They change daily which prevents boredom. The program works for anyone - veterans like me or folks who haven't done a sit up since high school PE. I feel stronger and more athletic now than I did 20 years ago. Try it out for two weeks - you will be hooked!
