I can't say enough amazing things about this class. Decided to try it out after hearing good things about it on class pass. It lived up to the hype and more. I got the best workout iv gotten in a long time. This class is no joke. Lola walked me though everything and didn't make me feel like an idiot for my sad punches and horrible bur pees. Amazing! Will be back .
