I used to be a member at Gold's and let me tell you, I'm never going to a big box gym again. Colonial Fit caters more to people who like group workouts or who want personal training, but they did add some open gym time for current clients, which is nice. Very positive, supportive environment.
Best quality, value, and overall training and nutrition club in Richmond. Staff truely cares about the client and makes getting into better shape a personal journey for each client. The semi-private atmosphere removes the corporate gym feel for more individualized attention each clients needs. The classes are inclided and the nutrition club makes for a wonderful addition to all the servuces offered. I would recomend Colonial to anyone looking to improve their overall health and make lifestyle changes.

Here, the trainers and the group all treat each other like family. Its never been a dull moment.

Best place to train. You feel at home and not judge at any level of fitness. The trainers take there time and dont ruah you. I couldnt think about going to any other trainer.

Best gym experience! Love the setting! @varichmondshadoe is off the chain Best trainer!!
I've been blessed to have one on one personal training with Brit since August. In that short amount of time I have gained back my body and self-confidence. I'm doing things I never thought possible. 17 pounds and 14 inches down so far. Best place ever!!! Love Mark, Brit and everyone there.
Awesome atmosphere, Outstanding trainers. Will see results. From one on one sessions to group boot camps, this facility has everything you need to achieve peak performance.
Personally I have had several leg injuries requiring surgery leaving me with limited mobility. Working with Colonial Fitness I have seen huge results in a small time but not so quick as to re-injure myself. I also have had digestive issues leaving me hospitalized and unable to work for almost two years.
Colonial Fitness has helped me control my symptoms and maintain employment benefiting my entire family. I highly recommend Colonial Fitness to everyone.
Three very well educated trainers with a diverse background and knowledge to bring you the best comprehensive workout and nutrition program to meet your needs. Whether you are looking for weight loss, weight gain, maintenance, or help with specific muscular conditioning. A friendly place that will know you by your name and make it their personal goal to help you on whatever your journey may be. Call for a free consult and free first session!
