I had never taken a hot yoga class before and I really enjoyed my experience at this studio. I purchased a discounted new student package and loved every single class. The instructors were kind and helpful, the studio was clean and relaxing, the other students were all nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend one of their classes to both relax and get a good workout in!
Very well maintained studio. A relaxing atmosphere with a sense of community and fantastic teachers. I felt very welcomed here even as a beginner.
It really is a haven. Super relaxing space with really nice employees. Their classes are consistent, but each one is a unique experience. Classes range from really relaxing like Restorative to more intense workouts like Yoga Build or Hot Yoga. My favorite was their Candlelight Vinyasa and Meditation.
Definitely start with their new user deal, it's really worth it (just got 3 or 4 times and you get your money's worth)! This was my first time using a yoga studio so I can't speak to the others in RVA, but I couldn't be happier. Definitely going to sign up for future months - I'm hooked!

this is my favorite studio in rva. the classes are wonderful and there are plenty to choose from. a little pricey, but totally worth the money, esp by saving a few $ by buying a package. the instructors are all friendly and its a super spacious, clean, well designed studio. highly recommend the candlelight vin meditation class with Allison!

Fabulous instructors and a fun chill environment
Was in town for one night and booked a 6 a.m. class at Humble Haven. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and felt very welcome. The class was challenging, yet appropriate for all levels. The teacher even made a point to talk to me after class. This is a beautiful studio with great energy :).
I really like the classes, they challenge me more and I was at a point in my practice I needed more of a challenge. The studio is modern and well designed. The only reason for the 4 stars, is parking is kinda a pain in the neck, and I am just a person who prefers an easy, free parking lot right in front of where I am going, but if you do not mind paying for parking or parking a few blocks away its a great studio.
