I went to my first class that was listed as beginner friendly and it definitely was for intermediate+. Thankfully, I have been doing yoga for a while so I was able to follow along, but I would like their classes more if they gave alternate positions based on skill level.... more

Such a great studio and staff. I needed a place to train while I was visiting family and friends over the holidays.
