Real Hot Yoga has truly been a lifesaver during quarantine. I had been going to their Hoboken studio once or twice a week for about 6 months before they were forced to temporarily close. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the classes were fantastic! I was so excited when Real Hot Yoga launched their virtual membership during quarantine. I have been able to take class with my favorite instructors and also try out some new instructors whose class times haven't worked with my schedule in the past. These yoga classes give me a sense of normalcy and help me stay connected to the community from the comfort of my living room. I can't wait until we're back in the studio, but for now, I'm so thankful for Real Hot Yoga's innovation and resiliency.
Classes are great, instructors are great! But I just did not enjoy my class with them because they do not limit the number of attendees. When I am constantly worrying about unwittingly hitting someone else in the face when I swing my arms up for a pose, just does not make for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. To be honest, I am also worried about safety. Cramming so many people into a hot room couldn't possibly be safe, could it? Maybe I am overthinking this whole safety thing.
I really like the studio and all the staff. Instructors are great. The yoga studio is beautiful, they provide towels and you can rent mats and yoga towels if required. The only problem is if you are going during the weekend or evenings they cram as many people as possible in one room. Really not cool as this is supposed to be yoga, enjoyable and relaxing. Nothing relaxing about having someone right next to you, you're basically on their mat. So i recommend you go during off peak times, when everyone else is working.

I have been going to power yoga, and tone and sculpt classes, I have tried power yoga that is suppose to be for all levels,but it is very intense and more advanced class. Hot power yoga is more of a work out, you burn more calories, but you also gain balance, strength and flexibility. I absolutely love some instructors( Jay Karlinsky, Michelle Porter, Justeen) I must also say their stuff are excellent and the place is clean and well maintained.

LOVE THIS STUDIO! HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR 3 YEARS. STAFF IS AMAZING, TEACHERS ARE AMAZING & THE OWNERS ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE.
Love this place! Great work out and I enjoy ending my practice with a nice cool eucalyptus towel. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys hot yoga!

This place is incredible. The staff and instructors are amazing. My husband and I have been going more often and his back and overall health has tremendously improved. The classes are NOT easy, that is the best part. I never leave feeling that I need to go out and work more. Definitely recommend this studio!

From the teachers to the staff to the owners to the cleanliness, it exceeds any studio I have been to. As a working mother of two with an active life & travel schedule, this is the only place I can come to clear my mind, get an amazing workout and feel a sense of calm. Yoga has transformed my life and RHY has a lot to do with it. You guys are the absolute best!
