I attended the Mysore session on Sunday ....great shala with very highly experienced teachers and assistants... positive vibe.The class was definitely a good workout but I think it is misleading to call the class Vinyasa.... more

Really solid studio for Y7. Spacious, ample locker room and shoe storage, and several large bathrooms with showers to use pre- or post-class. My only complaint is it can get smelly if you take a midday class on the weekends but that's to be expected from such a good sweat.... more

Beautiful studios. Wonderful teachers. Classes include meditation!! Friendly, joyful, calm, inviting atmosphere. Also, have amazing home cooked vegan split pea soup..I love this yoga studio! It is way more then just a workout.... more
Staff is friendly. Clean and punctual classes. The format of open classes are at wide range though it is on the classic side. Different teachers all the time, so you will have to explore who would you like the best.... more

I really enjoy going to Surya. Started out with their Barre classes and have slowly tried regular and hot yoga. The barre and yoga classes going really well together I feel. The studio is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.... more

One of the teachers grabbed my knee as we were doing a pose..said, "you can go further" .pulled on the knee and tore my cartilage...a few years later after two surgeries and lots of accupuncture I am now searching for a knee replacement doctor.... more
