Great experience here at Jai, the instructors are great and I left feeling so refreshed and zen and they give you tea at the end of your practice! Definitely recommend
Jai is a lovely studio to practice in. It gets great light and is very welcoming. The teachers are warm, friendly, and caring. It's easy to feel at peace there and have an invigorating practice. And I really enjoy the communal element of having tea after class.

Beautiful and cozy studio with amazing instructors. Ella and the Jai team have put a lot of time and care into cultivating a warm and inclusive community. Becoming a part of the Jai family has deepened my practice and expanded my love for yoga. Highly recommend!

I am going to Jai Yoga since a couple of months. I love the chilled vibe and the lovely atmosphere. The teachers are well experienced and there are various classes a day for all kind of levels and moods.

I love my yoga studio! I love that they have midday classes, they work perfectly for my schedule. Teachers are really knowledgeable and consistent, and their new student pricing is really affordable. Great neighborhood studio.

I found the front desk/manager lady to be not very friendly or outgoing. She made it feel more like a mortuary where she is the undertaker. That's just the vibe I got. But then again people in America are so used to bad customer service that they might not even know how bad they have it. I used to be happy here until I traveled around the world and saw what good customer service is.
Strong flows connected to the breathe - great balance between the practice itself weaved with a spiritual principle. Highly recommend. I did my yoga teacher training here and constantly recommend it to friends. Ella makes sure that her students go on to have the skills to be teachers in the real world and a chance to advance their teachings even after the training is over.
Jai is a wonderful, welcoming studio, especially for new yogis! All the teachers and the students are friendly. There's none of that rush-out-of-class feel, especially because students often stay for a cup of tea. It's a wonderful community, and a great place to develop your practice! Having now graduated from my teacher training with Ella at Jai, I cannot recommend the studio enough.

Loved the class I took lead by Ella. Really great vibes from the teacher, staff & other students. Beautiful and clean studio & equipment. Class was exciting, I've been casually practicing yoga all over NYC for 4 years and tonight I did multiple poses I've never tried or been able to do before! Thank you Ella & Jai!!
