Such a great studio and staff. I needed a place to train while I was visiting family and friends over the holidays. This was a fantastic fit to keep me on track and motivated.
I've tried yoga studios all around Manhattan & Brooklyn, this is by far my favorite! The variety of teachers is amazing and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
New York Yoga is truly a great find in a city that seems to have no shortage of yoga studios. Their 0825 a.m./M-F class is by donation and the teachers are outstanding, especially Christina, Frederica, Amy and Ellen! If you want a warm and welcoming yoga studio look no further. Simply the BEST!
So I got this thin on Groupon and I really like a few teachers but they f have some that a terrible .
The BEST yoga studio I have been a part of. Very clean, very friendly and always a rejuvenating experience. Wonderful instructors who no matter how full the class make sure to give you the attention you need. Love it here, plan on being a member for a while!

Great class with a great instructor. He walked you through the flows and then gave you freedom to move through those flows at your own pace. Challenging but still easy to modify if needed.

New York Yoga is fantastic! The teachers are dedicated, creative and inspiring. They are always willing to discuss how to improve your practice and are simply fun and engaging in general. I attend the hot studio which is the perfect size for me because it is intimate, yet full of energy. The hot studio offers Vinyasa practices in a variety of levels. Some instructors have dance backgrounds so the transitions are fluid, and the music the instructors choose is great! While the hot classes can be more challenging, students are always given the freedom and encouragement to tailor the class to your own needs and pace. I love having New York Yoga as a part of my daily life!

Some instructors have come and gone, as is typical in any studio, but so many have been teaching there for many years. This is a testament to the strength of their own community as teachers. It's a great studio, small but with a great variety of class times and levels.
