I purchased a yoga class with body scrub and massage on groupon it was amazing, the yoga instructor was very alert with everyone making sure our poses were in good form. The body scrub was great they took there time in scrubbing every part of the body and the massage was just soothing, peaceful and so relaxing, the masseuse was amazing she listened well when told her to be careful with my lower back.... more

Best classes. Smaller facility space..Nice studio - very hot at 105 deg F. FYI credit card minimum is $10 so bring a mat/water!.Definitely HOT yoga, but I couldn't understand what the teacher was saying and there was no space for her to demonstrate the poses, tiny little box studio, feels claustrophobic and choking with excess heat.... more

Such a great studio and staff. I needed a place to train while I was visiting family and friends over the holidays. This was a fantastic fit to keep me on track and motivated..I've tried yoga studios all around Manhattan & Brooklyn, this is by far my favorite! The variety of teachers is amazing and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.... more
