Nice room. Easy to get confused in the hallways. I woke up soo thirsty but not 5$ a water thirsty! 2 bottles just stairing at you with a big $5 tag on them. Shower was refreshing tho!.... more

Staff always helpful and understand what you are looking for.. Had an issue with a two year old pair of ABC pants and RJ instantly took care of me without any questions. Had me in and out quickly.... more
The staff is very friendly and the equipment is in good condition. I have rarely seen anything marked out of order. Staff could do a better job of making sure equipment isn't left in the walkways where someone can fall over it.... more

Recently joined & this gym has a lot going for it, one of which is their personal trainer, Shawn! I had my kick off session yesterday and he was fantastic. I'm a beginner and he gave great advice to help improve my form on several work outs and teach me some new techniques that are doable for my goals.... more

It's a gym and a spa combo. The perfect retreat for mothers with young children. The kids club is so clean and amazing, and you can take a long quiet shower and enjoy saunas and stuff while kids are in kids club.... more
