Nice room. Easy to get confused in the hallways. I woke up soo thirsty but not 5$ a water thirsty! 2 bottles just stairing at you with a big $5 tag on them. Shower was refreshing tho!

Automatic door at front of the building doesn't open correctly. Not a good first impression. Lobby is modern but the rest of the hotel is older and rooms are small. Good location near highway though.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Maria checked us in promptly and was very pleasant and informative. She upgraded us to a king suite which has a separate bedroom, bar area refrigerator and microwave. Our shuttle driver Beatrice was very kind and informative. She dropped us off for breakfast and shopping. All in all all it was a pleasant experience!!

I had to cancel my reservation about 5 days before my husband and I were due to arrive because he has become very sick with a bone infection and had an 8 day hospital stay as well. I dealt with Event Specialist/Manager Beverly Knobloch and she was amazing! We were refunded in full, probably because of the medical need, yet she was kind as well. Thank you to everyone, especially Beverly and I am hoping we find ourselves in Tampa when my husband is well. We will definitely be staying at this hotel!

Room was nice and comfortable. Hotel desk personnel were very efficient at check in and check out. Had a very friendly demeanor as they interacted with our group. Allowed our choir to use the conference room for a quick rehearsal before heading to our engagement. Great experience.

Very clean, great services. Bistro bar is delicious in the breakfast and dinner/lunch. They have a mini Starbucks there for all coffee lovers like me. Fitness room is super clean. They have a laundry room. Ashley in the reception area is very sweet and Ana in housekeeping is very caring as well. If you need a comfortable and clean place to stay, this is a great choice in my experience.

Very clean. I had no complaints. I normally bring my own bed sheets but I cant believed I sleps with no anxiety on a hotel bed for once. The staff is kind and front desk lady is awsome! No complementary break fast.

We went to Tampa on a last minute mini vacation. Most of the hotels near downtown were booked so we decided this was affordable & had good reviews so we would give it a try. Kelly, Jeremy & Alita were FANTASTIC! Our room was upgraded from a King room to a King suite for no additional charge. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the house keepers kept us in fresh towels & made beds, the pool was nice & my teenagers loved the Starbucks in the lobby. Having a mini fridge was nice so we had drinks and sandwiches when we didnt feel like going out. This is not a fancy hotel or resort, but it was perfect for a few nights stay at an affordable price with cleanliness (which I'm pretty picky about) and comfort. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in a strange location and appears to be old and dated on the outside. But on the inside it is completely different. It's super modern and very clean on the inside. The staff is very nice. Don't let the outside of the hotel throw you off.

Great hotel! Conveniently located just off of I-275. Everything you could need is within a short walk or drive. The rooms are very nice on the inside. I found my bed to be comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and there is security on site. There is no free breakfast but there is a small bistro and bar and a small convenience store in the lobby. The bistro does serve some Starbucks drinks. The coffee maker in the room is one of those small single serving machines (NOT Keurig). The regular rooms do not have a microwave but there is one in the lobby. I suggest going to Wawa down the street for coffee or snacks. There is a restaurant practically in the parking lot that is another good option. Outside lounge area is spacious and comfortable and there is a pool. I had no issues with noise in the room but if your room is facing I-275 and you aren't used to the sound of traffic you might be bothered. All in all, a great experience.

No roaches, bugs, or flies in orange juice, and they wash and clean everything properly. That should be enough for five stars in Florida standards.

Beds super comfy, ac great, staff friendly, food takes super long time in morning to wait on, no microwave in room, both rooms ppl stayed in had fridge full of food and no liners in trash cans, semi modern

Staff were respectful and helpful. The food at The Bistro was good, not typical hotel food. Rooms were clean, except for the vathroom floors due to some sand, whixh may have been tracked in from the carpet. The hotel is relatively close to most things.

This place is super strict about smoking on the balcony. The sliding glass door was closed completely when my friend was smoking. We threw an empty pack of cigarettes in the trash in the room, which was photographed by the manager when I was checking out. They alleged that the whole room smelled of smoke and that there were ashes on the balcony. I learned not to smoke in hotel rooms the hard way once before and would not make that pricey mistake again. After a long debate with 3 staff members and an inspection of the room with all 3 staff members, they came to a conclusion of returning half of my deposit. I am highly disappointed with the treatment I received at this hotel. Although the rooms were nice and accommodating, I will never return here again. Beware

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Gym is certainly above average in this market segment. Room was spacious. Parking was easy, fee and abundant.

Freinsly staff and service. Decent pool and workout room. Plenty of parking. Would stay there again. Only had one meal (breakfast) it was very good. No room service.

It's okay. A short ride from the airport. Rooms are comfy and you can grab a decent breakfast ( not complimentary) in the restaurant in the lobby.

We did a stay and cruise package. The hotel was had a few spots St under construction on the ground floor but it did not effect our stay. The court yard was beautiful, rooms clean and bed was comfortable. The front desk handled the shuttle to the cruise port and return. The driver explained where to be when we returned. Great stay

The location for this hotel is great. Close to the stadium and plenty of food options. While a little bit older, the hotel is still very clean and has updated decor and furniture. The paid bar is a little annoying since breakfast/coffee weren't free but the coffee pot in the room made up for it. I needed a few extra towels for the room and the front desk was very fast in getting these to my room. This hotel was a great experience

Overall it was a good stay. We paid about $100 for a Saturday night. I feel like it was exactly what one would expect from a $100 room. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and a mini fridge in the room. Normal hotel stuff. On the downside, the room was clean but smelled a little musty. Bathtub didn't drain very well so I was in ankle deep water 2 minutes into my shower. They have entrance and exit doors conveniently located near the rooms (as opposed to always having to go through the lobby to enter/exit) but the card reader on the door nearest our room didn't work. Overall, it's a $100 hotel room and that's about it.

Outstanding customer service. My Son and his wife on they day before wedding had an issue with another hotel so we called Courtyard and paid for a room their. Unbeknownst to him his wife had resolved the issue with the other hotel. And after hearing the circumstances allowed him to cancel and graciously refunded the money back to his card. Something usually not done at hotels. Thanks Courtyard

Has fallen into the NO-SMOKING TRAP!
I am writing this in hopes that someone from the hotel reads it. Like Canada was 5 years ago with No-Smoking, America seems to be. You advertise this a a no-smoking hotel, ban it in all the rooms and balconies... but then set up a nice outdoor area near by the pool. Each morning as I walked through the courtyard to the kitchen, I get to walk past smokers setting out as the sun rises.. YET I CAN'T.. then, at lunch, hoping I could find a nice table to eat at outside.. I smell the smoldered ashes of cigarettes as the wind blows by the ashtrays... DISGUSTING. My point is this.. You advertise as a smoke-free place, yet the Smokers get the best place to sit.. a tabled section just around the pool area. TO truly earn your 5 stars, you need to put them OUT BACK, under the roar of the highway and let none smokers enjoy the facilities in the 'Courtyard'.

I was there for a presentation for Cochlear Implant. The company did an awesome job keeping us informed about their new products. The room was big enough. There was about 30 people there and we still has plenty of room to socialize.

This hotel is amazing! I have never felt more welcome in my life. We flew in town for my mothers surgery and chose the Coutyard because it's not far from Tampa General. On arrival the staff was so kind. The room that we had reserved had a broken back window so they upgraded us to a suite. As if that wasn't enough, they must have overheard us talking about my mothers surgery and the sent a fruit basket with a beautiful card attached. I was blown away by this jester. A special thanks to Jeff at the front desk and the event coordinator. Everyone else on the staff is so kind and cordial. If you find yourself looking for a place to stay in Tampa you can't go wrong staying here.

Great hotel with exceptional service. Rooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. I recommend having ice machines on guest room floors. Other than that, this property is superior.
