I've found this gym to well maintained and has a large variety of machines and free weights as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful

I love coming here. It has an old school vibe. The staff is very welcoming and offers their expertise free of charge. Parking is ample.

Staff are wonderful. The facilities are great! So happy I found this gym. Able to accommodate most fitness plans, and the staff are knowledgeable and willing to speak with you about different plans if you ask them.

Good gym, Not too big. There is a variety of free weights and machines. Plenty of Treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. There are also classes available. The staff is friendly and very willing to help. Clean shower rooms. Beautiful view from the group excercise room.

Don't go to this place, Lea Ann Kincaid is whining to police on Pokemon Players because they're taking up parking spaces. She says that they're "ruining her business" because her customers can't find parking. GIVE ME A BREAK! Park across the street and walk to class. Aren't your customers in shape?

I really enjoy the people at this facility. It has enough free weights, treadmills, cable machines and two rooms for calisthenics to get a fine workout. Very nice community atmosphere!
