I just recently started going to s Tampa location and so far I absolutely love it! Jasmine & Jason are both super awesome and super motivating. Definitely recommend trying them out.

My 12-year-old son had expressed interest in boxing, but I knew nothing about it. I came across Title Boxing South Tampa and both Jasmine and Alissa were awesome at answering my questions, listening to what my son needed and matching him up with Fidel, his trainer who is perfect for him. My son loved the class and will be coming back for more! Thank you for your exceptional customer service! The facility is fantastic, too!

Really nice staff. The instructors are very supportive and Eddie is especially patient and attentive when he teaches. Coming back as often as I can!

Absolutely love this place!!! I have a busy schedule but that doesn't matter because there's always a class for me. Furthemore, there's a new trainer named Edward who will motivate you to reach your goals, he's definitely helping me reach mines. From technique to drills to diet, he's very knowledgeable in all aspects as well, definitely a plus. Already have and will continue to recommend this place.

Title Boxing has positive, high energy. They are very welcoming to all, and encourage each person to do their best. The coaches are great and the music is upbeat. David was an excellent coach with my 11-year-old son, teaching proper form and keeping him motivated with a positive attitude. I love the HIIT workouts with the variety of punch combinations. It feels great to work your core, focus on an intense work out without noticing the time, and really lay into the heavy bags. I recommend you learn to wrap your hands well, get a good set of gloves, and get after it!

If you've been the victim of fraudulent/unauthorized charges to your credit/debit card by this company, I urge you to file a complaint with FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Google it, go to the official website, and follow the instructions.
The billing issues with Title Boxing Corp. have reached gargantuan proportions, with dozens of complaints in Florida, and hundreds nationwide. The more people report this shady company to the FTC, the more likely they will investigate

A veteran Muay Thai practitioner, I've been coming to Title S Tampa for 3+ years for some fun, cardio conditioning in between sparring sessions. While the trainers and management have changed, quality of instruction/experience remains very high. I state this now as a trainer myself, with firsthand knowledge of the commitment my colleagues have to what they do. You have to try not to leave a class without dripping in sweat and a smile on your face. Most importantly, it's a safe gym for anyone, of any age, and physical ability. I'm proud of how well this gym works with kids, folks with disabilities and/or those looking to shed some serious pounds.

I love this gym. The instructors are great and are high energy every time. I have been a member for 2 years.. and the best part is when I am not in the mood for boxing they have weights and a bench. Perfect combo!

This coming from someone who now teaches a class here (come by Friday afternoons!) and takes 3+ a week among the masses. Most importantly, it's a safe gym for anyone, of any age, and physical ability. I'm proud of how well this gym works with kids, folks with disabilities and/or those looking to shed some serious pounds.

Best way to get a fun, different, hard workout. You actually see noticeable results very quick. You know exactly where your progress is because you'll notice you can do more during the rounds. Great for everyone too. You don't need to be a fighter. Just have some fight in you.

We passed by to cancel our membership. They told us all ok, they didn't give us any receipt. Today we realized they had been charging us the monthly payment all this time. We call them and it seems that they forgot to cancel our subscription. No money back.
As advice, be sure that the people that you will find on the desk understand what are you asking for ... and always ask for a confirmation...

I absolutely loved the workout however what I was told when I signed up and what was told to me when I tried to cancel my membership was completely false ...I was advised that if I wanted to cancel the class within 3 months while attending the classes that I would be able to do so free of charge LIES..(u have to attend 3 times a week EVERY WEEK) was not advised of that....I was advised that I can put my account on hold if I had issues with the almost $70 a month fee but not advised that there would be a $10 charge monthly while my account is on hold -__- I thought highly of this company until this BS happened I WILL NOT ANY OF MY FAMILY FRIENDS PEERS AND ANYONE ELSE THAT I CAN SAVE FROM THIS TYPE OF FRAUD COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. I began my membership over two years ago and was only able to use the service for three months before I broke my tailbone. I continued to pay the monthly fee for one solid year in hopes that I would heal my tailbone enough to begin working out again but after no such luck I called to cancel my policy in October 2016 and they talked me into putting my account on hold for three months until January. At the end of January I still was not healed up enough to work out so I called and left a message stating that I need to either cancel my account or continue to keep it on hold I was given a call back within a week from a gentleman named Kevin who left me a message stating that he received my message and for me to call back to speak with him I called back and spoke to someone else who told me that they would give him the message I called and I would get a call back and I never did receive a call back. after multiple times of calling and reaching an answering machine or no one picking up I gave up on trying to reach anyone and suspected that no one was going to call me back and take care of my account. I was then charged a monthly fee at the end of February. I immediately called and spoke with someone after they took the money out of my account and requested that my account be canceled and asked why I was charged again. The woman I spoke to in the morning apologized that I had been given the runaround and said that the least she could do was put my account on hold but that I could not cancel my policy without speaking to Kevin and then I would have to call back and talk to him I continued to call three or four times that week with no luck reaching anyone and leaving at least one or two messages. Then at the end of March I was yet again charged a monthly fee called back asking why they keep charging me since I've requested to cancel my account so many times I finally received a call back last Wednesday from Kevin explaining to me that my account had not been canceled or put on hold since January and that I had fulfilled my policy requirements and that he could definitely cancel my account but wasn't sure if he could refund the last two months. I told him that I didn't even care about getting the refund I just want them to stop charging me and I want to stop playing phone tag. He reassured me he would look into it and that I would be getting a personal phone call back from him that Friday which would've been last Friday it is now Tuesday of the following week and I have not had a cancellation email or call back from Kevin. I just now called and left a message this morning and will probably not hear back from anybody. this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
