Set up an intake appointment for couples therapy. Realized several days in advance that I would not be able to make it so I decided to cancel per their 24 hour in advance refund policy. With no option to cancel my appointment on the website, I sent an email. With no response to my email, I called and left a voicemail. No response or refund. Instead, 24 hours before my appointment, I received a reminder of my booking, which I assume means they are keeping my money $53 and will be expecting me. Instead, I will be finding a therapist with a competent appointment cancellation process.
