This studio is wonderful. Katie is a great yoga teacher. Her Vinyasa class is great for all types of yogis. She is great at explaining steps simply yet in detail so it is easy to follow along and she will make suggestions along the way for all level types in the room.... more

Visited while travelling through. I have never been to a gym this big that also has that small gym feel. The front desk isn't immediately trying to get you to pay a drop in, and they don't make you wear "their" gi's.... more

BEST studio I've ever been to! Incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE and FRIENDLY instructors who pay attention to you to make sure you get a great workout based on your own fitness level. I am dealing with various injuries, and I get appropriate modifications so that I can great workout! It's fun and challenging without being too much.... more

I LOVE this studio! Such a welcoming and supportive community in a beautiful space that supports your growth at ALL levels! My skills have dramatically improved under their great group of teachers!
