I LOVE this studio! Such a welcoming and supportive community in a beautiful space that supports your growth at ALL levels! My skills have dramatically improved under their great group of teachers! So happy to have found a circus studio that feels like home every time I step through the doors! BEST studio I've ever been to! Incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE and FRIENDLY instructors who pay attention to you to make sure you get a great workout based on your own fitness level. I am dealing with various injuries, and I get appropriate modifications so that I can great workout! It's fun and challenging without being too much.... more
Great quality and varied class offerings, and instructors have the flexibility to create and play with their own, unique class flow - I especially enjoy when instructors infuse a little more intensity of posture+breath from Hatha/Ashtanga practices ! Buti classes have been a fun addition, and both Jacq Pyun and Maddy Aichele do an excellent job of leading a great workout and making it FUN!.... more
