I have heard a lot of great things about Orange Theory, so I decided to sign my boyfriend and I up for a class to see if this is the workout program for us. It was everything we wanted and more! While it is a tough work out, it is very comprehensive and leaves you feeling like you got your money's worth.... more

I went to Veronica's yoga class yesterday for the first time and absolutely loved it! A chance for free yoga practice in the outdoors is really unbeatable. Veronica is a great instructor and goes at a pace suitable for beginners.... more

Best gym and staff ever..This was so much fun. Loved the music. All upbeat Latin music. Easy dance steps that will make you sweat. Instructors are friendly and energetic. And they are open at 5:30am for you early birds.... more

Had my first session at Orangetheory Fitness here. The staff was extremely friendly! The class was lead by Caulien, she did an awesome job and made me feel like I've been a lifelong member even though it was only my first time going!! I was extremely impressed and I got a great workout, I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is considering trying out Orangetheory!.... more
