Could have more but decent.. People are friendly and the gym has good equipment. However the center in general needs some updating. It is also often very busy because three campus's share the rec center.... more

The group classes and instructors are great. A good variety of strengthening, high intensity and yoga. Staff are very receptive to member feedback. Keep it up, YMCA Denver.. Great location, super clean and I love the steam room and sauna.... more
Trainers are better than average, they work as IC's. Plus is it is not that crowded. On the minus side, a lot of the equipment does not work correctly and some of it doesn't work at all.... more
Have been here for 3 months and love it! Staff is very friendly. Have been working out with Personal Trainer Brittany for 2 months and it has been awesome. Facility is clean. They have a swimming pool, hot tub, and wet and dry saunas.... more
Great place. Every Sunday the place is rented out and turned into Cornerstone Church. Family oriented. I love Sunday service there.. Park is well kept. Good Job Park Rangers.... more
Your clients drive too fast in the Baker commons parking lot! I've almost been hit while walking my dog through my parking lot. This is becoming a problem. I see your reviews and your clients are encouraging others to park inside the gate.... more
I LOVE CAC MONACO! Everyone is nice and friendly, they make you feel welcomed. The facility is clean and organized. One of the new trainers Adam Farny is incredible! I had some spinal injuries I've been recovering from and he's gone above and beyond to not only train me but also rehabilitate my overall health! he's versatile and demonstrates great emotional intelligence.... more
Clean gym, and equipment is always properly maintained. Be aware, can become very crowded during peak hours.. Do not ever forget anything in this club because if you do you will never see it again.... more
I had a membership here for a couple years. The classes used to be fun and the people who worked there use to be nice. They seem to go through staff quite often. The gym is always packed and there isn't a lot of parking .... more
Stood there, needed help, asked for help and one employee said she would be right with and went some where else....employees looked at me and walked right pass me without a word. Horrible customer service.... more
This place is a sham. The employees here are horrific. The entire company is a joke they went into my bank account and took money out of my bank account without authorization after my contract with them was up their thieves they're crooked they are ridiculous company there is honestly a Voss right around the corner from there I would suggest you go there or any other gym other than planet fitness this place if I could give a negative review I absolutely would I recommend to everybody stay away from this company.... more

Had a very nice manicure/pedicure and my fiance got an excellent massage, BUT even though I was completely clear when I booked our reservations that we had a valid, unexpired gift certificate which stated specifically that gratuity was included, the spa wanted to charge and extra $60 before gratuity for the services, stating that their prices had changed since the certificate was purchased.... more
My experience has been similar to others. I cancelled my membership, continued to get charged unbeknownst to me, incurred late charge etc. and when I tried to get this resolved was told to pay remaining charges.... more
