Really great barre studio! The teachers and owner are very nice and super knowledgeable.. Barre has been the hardest, yet most rewarding workout I have ever made in my life! Firehaus is awesome!! I came in with chronic back pain after over 6 months of PT, and saw JoAnna for 8 one-on-one sessions that changed my quality of life by so much!! Pretty small room for the amount of people in each class, but still enjoyable. I went to a few classes here, and Ali was a really great instructor! It seemed like there's a nice yoga community there, too.... more

Really good workout! Needing to balance on the boards gives you just enough to focus on for time and the workout to fly by, plus it makes it harder and more interesting. There is a good sense of community and the staff is pretty good at encouraging you along the way but also pushing just enough.... more
