Doesn't get much better than Shift. Full-body spin classes that are actually fun. I get excited for every class. The instructors are super high energy and the dark, black light-lit studio helps you focus on crushing your goals rather than the distractions of normal gyms.... more

I attended a yoga class which goes on at the same time as the cycling class in the room next to it. You can feel the floor vibrating and hear the music/yelling from the cycling instructor.... more

The front staff is super friendly and the trainers are energetic and a lot of fun. The workouts vary day to day and if you're willing to put in the work then you will see results.. The staff is nice and helpful and the equipment is in good condition.... more

We love Great Play! My little one is very introverted - it took her quite a few sessions to become comfortable at Great Play - but the coaches were always encouraging and she now LOVES it!
