This place has its ups and downs. There are a couple people who are professional and do a good job, but of course you always remember the ones who don't.
To start, there are a bunch of odd rules. You pay a $25 "soccer membership" just to get your player card that lasts a year, which they sometimes care about, and sometimes don't. However if you fall out of favor with the referees, they will begin to care about player cards for your team like you wouldn't believe.
Then there's the fee. 875 for a season, when most other indoor places charge much less (Westminster 575, Golden 500, etc).
The level of competition is great. Lots of really good teams / players. Almost so much that if you have players that weren't competitive / college players, even the C or D league will tear you to shreds.
Finally the referees.. Oh man. A couple really great, solid referees: they control the game and explain the calls. And then, the others. Some barely move from the half line, make all the calls from afar, miss goals that hit the back post, make horrible calls, or worse, let terrible fouls go. They might swear at you (the player), or condescend your appeals for an explanation. These are obviously the refs who proctor matches that become violent, of which there are too many for a facility that is ostensibly high-quality.
