Really good workout! Needing to balance on the boards gives you just enough to focus on for time and the workout to fly by, plus it makes it harder and more interesting. There is a good sense of community and the staff is pretty good at encouraging you along the way but also pushing just enough.... more
Very welcoming atmosphere and classes are donation based! Wish they had earlier/later classes but really they are great!! Every teacher is unique with style and flow. Cute merchandise for sale! 13/10 would recommend.... more

This place should be called 1/9 round trainer because you'll have a trainer splitted between 9 people, not what they promise. Beware and read your contract carefully, they'll charge hook you more than a month before leaving and you'll have to pay.... more

Doesn't get much better than Shift. Full-body spin classes that are actually fun. I get excited for every class. The instructors are super high energy and the dark, black light-lit studio helps you focus on crushing your goals rather than the distractions of normal gyms.... more

While my son's experience was great, my review is in regards to their billing practices. Bring it Back Boxing has deducted monthly fees for the last 15 months that my son was not attending the program, we were not under contract and we moved over 2000 miles away from the Denver area.... more

I attended a yoga class which goes on at the same time as the cycling class in the room next to it. You can feel the floor vibrating and hear the music/yelling from the cycling instructor.... more
