The gym is pretty good, not usually crowded so I don't have to wait for a machine for too long. Giving it 3 stars since I feel that gyms should have WiFi that is adequate to stream music.... more

I love this pool, it is fun for the kids! Shallow wading/play area, lap pool & a fast moving, river-like situation. I only give 4 stars because the river is seriously intense & there is a swirling circle whirlpool that can be problematic.... more
Everybody is always so professional and nice, great atmosphere.. I joined to help rehabilitate my knee after I had surgery, but once I got my strength back it was time for me to move back to the gym and train.... more

Does not deserve 1 star! Poor customer service. I Drove 45 minutes in heavy traffic to get there and arrive 20 minutes before class starts and he wants to reschedule. I had no control over traffic.... more

Friday afternoons here are great. Even with the limited space you have t room to move. However, like today, Saturday afternoon, the large studio was already shoulder to shoulder, three rows of people in a two row room, and the instructor announces more people are coming on.... more

Great fitness area in general, and amazing amenities. But the prices as a non member to walk in and workout for a day are a little much considering. I even got told by the front desk that I may be better off going to a different gym for cheaper.... more

I've been coming to this studio for years, Samantha and her instructors are excellent. This yoga studio provides an amazing and traditional practice of the 26 postures. The studio is consistently hot and humid, and there is no better feeling than after working hard for 90 minutes in that room.... more
