Great gym, has good equipment, never too crowded, good music, great environment. The trainers and staff are great too.
I love this gym. The staff are extremely helpful and approachable.They have everything you need and more for workouts of any kind. There is lots of brand new equipment like dumbbells and benches. And they even offer a few awesome MMA classes for free! I took advantage of the free week offer myself but it didn't take long before I knew I was going to become a member. Definitely worth checking this gym out!
Cardio, weights, classes and an upstairs loft area with boxing equipment. Great staff and high quality personal trainers. My only complaint is when it gets busy you may end up waiting for machines/benches, having to reorder your routine, or do an alternative exercise.
The absolute best gym in Denver! They always keep the gym clean, the staff is super friendly, and everything is always stocked. LOVE coming here.

I've been going here for about 7 months now and it's a good gym. They have a lot of equipment and plenty of space. It is only busy during rush hours, and even then it's manageable compared to other places I've been (5-6 ish). There are a lot of personal trainers of all varieties that operate out of RMFF as well so if you're into that it's a good place for training. Definitely a solid gym with a nice staff that keeps the place clean. Not much more to be asked for.

I've been lifting here with my trainer Charis for around 6 mos & love it! The staff is super supportive and friendly, and the equipment is up to date & clean. Not too busy that you are waiting around, but good energy. Also, great coffee shop right next door :)
