We recently got access to this studio through a partnership with our existing gym. I am SO GLAD that partnership exists, as I'm not sure I would have made it here otherwise. I've been to a handful of yoga studios and classes over the years. I can say without a doubt that Better Buzz is among my favorites. The studio itself it cute, intimate, and incredibly well maintained. What's even more important, though, is that it is incredibly welcoming: it's one of those rare places that seems to have established a strong culture of community that is somehow welcoming to even newcomers. This is not true of most gyms or studios I have been to in Denver and elsewhere.
Part of my comments on the welcoming vibe come from the instruction itself. After having experienced a handful of classes now, I have had ~4 different instructors. Each has had their own style, but each has also been awesome and catered to a wide range of experience and skill levels. As a relative beginner to yoga, this has made me feel both motivated and welcomed.
I'm so excited that Better Buzz has some of these partnerships in the area and look forward to continuing to come here!
This cozy neighborhood studio is doing it right! The quality of instruction is exceptional and the temperature in their heated classes is just the right amount of heat to keep you sweating but not overwhelm your body with external heat. If you live near the Sunnyside area in Denver go check out this locally owned space, you'll be glad you did.
Really great atmosphere, pricing and instructors. There are plenty of sessions that are very welcoming to beginners! Raymond brought perfect pace, atmosphere, and mindfulness - will go back for his classes for sure.
My mom is a yoga teacher and she said she really enjoyed it and I trust her word. Therefore, I say it's probably a 5 star place if my mother and everyone else who's rated it on Google Maps says so too!
Better Buzz Yoga is awesome! It is a wonderful cozy studio, with a very friendly and personal staff. They have great class time availability for me (early morning before work), and they promote a positive environment centered around community. I truly enjoy going there, as it sets the tone for me to have my best days!
Better Buzz is an absolutely wonderful place! There are a wide variety of class times, which is convenient, but the true greatness of the studio comes from its teachers and its community. Better Buzz makes yoga personal and it starts to feel like home after awhile. The classes will also kick your butt!

I love the intimate setting at Better Buzz. As someone who is not an expert yogi, I really like that this is a place as I can go to learn in a really supportive environment. Everyone in class is so nice and encouraging, unlike some of the gyms and franchises I've been to in this area that tend to feel a bit competitive. I also love the music at Better Buzz, super energizing!

I had the good fortune of attending a yoga class here while visiting from out of town. I would describe this place as :Fresh, exciting, challenging (in a great way) awesome hot yoga (love the dry heat) and the music and flow were perfect. A great yoga studio. Also, the instructor was kind and welcoming.

Just went to my first class here, and can't say enough good things. The studio is clean and bright, instructor warm and knowledgeable, and poses challenging but accessible. Highly recommend!

A wonderful studio hidden in this little nook of Denver with some excellent teachers. I have enjoyed my month unlimited. So sad to leave this area and studio.

signing up for BBY has been my best decision this year! they are in a great part of the city that is growing fast and the studio is run very well and has really great instructors that all have a unique, yet unified teaching. It feels like you're doing yoga with a bunch of friends.
Also, BBY is the most affordable studio in the city by far! Thanks to BBY for contributing to the positive growth in the neighborhood. Excited to see you continue to thrive.
