They have refused to give me contact information about who to speak to when there's serious issues. If you dont fit there standards be prepared to be discriminated against.. Had lots of fun for my granddaughter's birthday!. first off my daughter had a blast here I was reading through the other comments and it's insane what I'm seeing people are saying about this place it was amazing for me and my daughter were not the riches people so 12hr is very fair too me, i understood it was a little crowded but come on what do you expect for the weekend ? like really ? Staff was amazing and truth is they do watch for the kids not only that but you can go in your self as a parent with no charge to help your child and watch your own child this goes for the people that actually watch their kids and don't just sit back behind the walls I'll be coming back for sure you want fun this is the place to come for your kids,... more
Small, cozy, not busy, big pool and slide, bug hot tub, but no day care.. Usually dirty. The park always has trash throughout. Restrooms are always locked. Port potty is always filthy.... more
I love racquetball, that's the only reason I enroll in the YMCA. I take my 2 children to racquetball clinics every Saturday with coach Kim, AND THEY LOVE IT. Please consider the construction of racquetball courts at the new facilities.... more
best Y in the springs unfortunately too far away. pool is huge. Life guards are kids with too much power and rude. Good classes are offered, equipment is kept in good repair, instructors and other staff are friendly.... more
