Small, cozy, not busy, big pool and slide, bug hot tub, but no day care.

Usually dirty. The park always has trash throughout. Restrooms are always locked. Port potty is always filthy. Good place for a walk due to the sidewalk. Beautiful views.

Nice and quiet. Very easy going staff. Clean and well maintained.

The pool is great especially for toddlers. The staff here is wonderful, the best of all the locations in the Springs in my opinion. The only reason I am only giving 3 stars is because everytime I go the showers are sooooo cold even when you turn the nobs up to as high as it can go. I have mentioned it to the lifeguards several times and they have mentioned it to management but nothing seems to get done about it. It has gotten to the point where I go to other locations on occasion because I can get a warm shower after I swim. Another thing that would be awesome is if the could install a bathing suit dryer.

Geared for soccer moms. A lot of access to spinning, treadmill, and other aerobic facilities and machines. Strength training equipment seem an afterthought- no high cable pull or calf press among others. Very limited free weight. Much better off going to Downtown Y or elsewhere.

I went and signed my kids up for fall sports and they were so helpful. We are still kinda new to the state so we will take all the help we can get. They are super polite and completely understandable. I highly recommend u sign your kids up for one of the programs. Heck sign yourself up too.

I love how many lifeguards are on duty and the bracket system is very intelligent. I can wait to go back. Just wish someone would lower the prices for day passes.

Yay. lucked out, not many people on a weekday. Life gaurds are a little stuck up and people up front seem preoccupied with thier own life instead of the job. But I enjoy swimming.

The recreational center is nice, but the beach house (except for the locker rooms) is TRASHY. Does anyone know how to sweep? Or for that matter, pull weeds on the beach? And the swim beach is ridiculously small.

I paid $150 for a family pool pass and the only good outdoor swim area from the Y I've seen so far is the Wilson Ranch one. For the money the Y charges, they could do so much better.

Don't bother asking if the place is open on holidays...seems lime THEY don't even know. We asked if they were open on Memorial Day, and they said yes. Guess what...it isn't open today after all.

This is my FAVORITE Y by far. The staff is amazing. My kiddos love all the lifeguards and so do I. My son and I visit this location almost everyday. It is always clean and loads of fun.

Come at the right times, and you practically have the gym/pools to yourself! And the pool is a nice temperature...not too warm or cold. Wish the lazy river was bigger - but hey, it's a recreation center, not a water park.

Lots of exercise machines to choose from - which is good, because some of them are near impossible to use correctly for really short people like me! Haha!

Locker room seems clean, and good amount of lockers.

Not a bad place!

Would give zero stars. No where does it say that you can't have inflatables BEFORE you pay an arm and a leg to swim. Also when I ask for my money back because we decide to take our business somewhere else I am told that rules are rules and that we can't have a refund. We never even touched the water and yet we gave you guys almost 20 dollars. They also did not have an acceptable life jacket for our infant so we brought our own flotation device for him. Poor customer service and an unapologetic staff that both does not care about their customers, but also refuses to make anything right. 0/10. With my 20 dollars please buy a life jacket that would fit a child under 30 pounds.

Well I wouldn't be complaining if we didn't spend 25.00 for three of us to swim. While in the pool there was a constant buzzing when you put your head under water. Then there was all kinds of sand at the bottom of the pool. As we where walking out a lady brought her dog in and he got right up by the hot tub. Not very clean. If I am paying that much to swim they should be able to keep it clean. It wasn't busy at all and plenty of people there to maintain it.

It is a good pool to visit. Bubbles werent working last time, but recommend if you have little kids.

This was the first time I had called this place and I simply wanted information on fees, hours etc...Patricia was who I had to deal with over the phone and first off it was extremely hard to understand her accent and I don't think she understood my inquiries either. After repeating herself several times and not being able to answer most of them, she got frustrated and hung up on me. Not acceptable customer service. After calling again I dealt with Penny who was somewhat helpful but unapologetic and short as well. Very rude and unaccommodating especially for a YMCA organization. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere!! I also find it unsettling that all of the positive review got responses but the negative ones go unaddressed. Get it together,I'm sure your corporate office wouldn't be happy with how your representing this organization!

My family and I visit this pool 2 to 3 times a week and we love it. The gym is small but very well equipt and my favorite of all the local YMCA centers.
