This gym has not frozen member payments (I got charged today), they have shut down all phone lines (try calling them at any corporate or local number and they say they have shut down their phone lines). You cannot go inside the gym to cancel your membership because their doors are locked and you cannot speak to anyone at the company - yet they are still charging customers? This is FRAUD. This gym will never have my business again - they mentioned in their phone message that they are trying to figure out the right thing? THE RIGHT THING IS WHAT OTHER GYMS ARE DOING - freezing accounts until you are open! FRAUD.

It says 24 hour..that is why I joined.. WELL ..I GUESS NOT ANYMORE. why pay for a membership is they aren't open. It is 5:23 am and not a employee in sight door is locked..I'm planning on canceling my membership.
All you guys are doing is sinking your company..you will be out of business within a year.. fix your issues and bring back 24 hour hours... that's all we want as clients

Picked this place over VASA. Though this place might not have the best gym equipment, you can easily get in and out and complete your workout. It's busy during prime time, but its still not bad. Good luck getting a workout in at VASA. That place seems packed all day long.
Staff here is nice. They always greet you when you go in and out. It's not "24 hours" anymore, but with my schedule hasn't been an issue. Overall, good gym to get a workout in and get out.

I signed up today. Chase is the go to person if your thinking about joining this gym . He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was able to tell right away that he enjoys his job. He introduced me to a handful of staff members who also seem sharp, friendly and helpful. Thank you to Jeremiah (general manager) for working with me when signing up and he helped me print out my workout program at the gym since I don't currently have a printer at my apartment.
I worked out today for the first time and so far I'm satisfied with what the gym offers

Had an excellent experience with De, the sales manager and Bianca, our sales advisor. Great presentation. Ask for them specifically when signing up for a membership. Awesome gym!

In my personal opinion, some people just aren't grateful for what you get. It's an amazing establishment. Has running waterfor showers, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, weights, a basketball court with 6 hoops, machines, cardio equipment, a cycling room, free classes, child care, and a ballet room. Sometimes stuff breaks down and gets dirty, but how many hours are being ran on those machines and equipment by people who probably don't know how to use them in the most conservative way? How many people were in that hot tub or steam room before you? Should they shut it down for cleaning every hour? It's a business and they do what they can. I am absolutely pleased by what I've gotten from here and if you're not, feel free to hit any of the other gyms in town that have a 10 hr of operations window. You could also feel free to buy said equipment yourself and learn how to upkeep it and the costs/work involved in that. Only downside is the lot security the complex owner hired are douchebags, just tell em you have a membership and move on. You don't have to deal with any of their wannabe peace officer games. Thanks 24 hour fitness.

Not bad for what you are paying. I like that each location comes with a pool, sauna and steam room. A lot of variety with weights/platforms/machines. My biggest gripe with the 24 hour brand is that 1. The model is driven by membership volume. This results in over crowding during peak hours. 2. Poorly maintained equipment. The dry sauna is down??? You'll be waiting 3 to 20 business days for parts. Your preferred resistance machine is broken. Well that company no longer exist so you're out of luck. 3. This is my biggest gripe, the locker room is nasty more often than not. From mold in the showers, to restrooms that look as if they haven't been deep cleaned over weeks of time, to the general smell and late 80's early 90's color scheme. This franchise could be phenomenal if those up top cared more about quality of service rather than sheer volume.

Love this gym. My son loves kids club. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean enough facility. Great layout. We go as a family daily and love that it has everything we all need and want.

Awesome gym. The staff is great. The kids club is ran notably special with a great staff and managed by great people who care greatly to the kids as if they were their own. Very little to complain about!

Bathrooms are horrible.pricey as heck for bars and supplements rather go online. Plus machines are constantly breaking no newer machines they should invest in new machines it horrible (location by the way at the broadmoor on Southgate) ie bad it's a rat house

Bathroom ,showers, steam room, pool, jacuzzi sucked big time!
Treadmills get early to pick the ones that works.
Free weights put a tracking device to find them! People leave weight all over the place except on racks!
I had to cancel membership and go to a different gym!

People need to realize that the facility is a public use membership, NOT YOUR PERSONAL SPACE!, keep your stinking, skanky aromas and formulas out of the spa areas! Don't add your personal odors in the STEAM room it is offensive! The weight assisted machines are meant to be used, so don't park your ass there to Watch TV for long periods of time! And, all you Muscle heads stop tearing up the equipment !

Went tonight and was disappointed. The hot tub was gross. Hair floating in it and Lint .and what looked like skin particles. Yesterday the showers were cold. The equipment is old and outdated. Definitely needs to be re modeled. Good to hear that another brand new club will be opening soon in This area. This was my 2 nd day into the 3 day try it pass and after seeing this I won't be joining.

I do like it very much that this location and Southgate have more friendly folks at the desk than they used too. A big plus on my last few visits. Some battle ropes would be nice.

It's a great physical fitness facility however, they lack a steady maintenance staff to keep fixtures repaired; the basketball courtroom needs cleaned and maintained better than it is. The wet areas require continuous ongoing maintenance like keeping the pool clearer and warmer more often. The shower fixtures are in great need of repair.

Silver sneakers is a great program that pays for my membership here. I was quickly signed. I was told I was entitled to a 1 hour session with a fitness coach to get me and my wife going. We arrived for this session to get a high pressure sales pitch. They try very hard to convince you that without a personal trainer all your time is wasted.

I love my gym! The staff is always so helpful and they always have a sale going on 4 protein bars and clothes! The lockers are big enough to fit my motorcycle helmet also so that's awesome!

The showers are never hot you're lucky to get warm. Equipment is in rough shape the sauna is a joke and unsafe. Management doesn't care if you complain and neither does corporate. Still haven't heard back from our email. Now we got email saying they want more money per month. Save your money go elsewhere.
