Great clean gym for a great workout. The Cardio theater is fantastic for just distracting you while you are huffing and puffing. There is more than enough equipment for everyone.The locker rooms and showers are clean and roomy. How much more can you ask for?
Laughably small and under-equipped for the price they expect you to pay. The team there was very helpful, but if you're even mildly serious about your fitness then look elsewhere. They literally had only one squat rack and the rest are mostly cardio machines. There's no energy in the gym whatsoever. I signed up at 24 hour fitness instead.
Great place to work out, friendly and inviting staff, accepting of all orientations and identities. Highly recommend this gym for those who want to work out and for those who normally feel intimidated by gym staff and customers.
Nice gym. If they had hot tub, or sauna I would give them a 5. Cardiotheater is a good feature, and Golds Gym has a awesome sound system with decent picture.

Does not honor their ads. Corporate blames local gym. Local gym blames corporate. Everyone going to check it out and get back to me. No calls back. I have contacted them multiple times only to be told again I would get a call. This has been going on almost 2 weeks. Ad attached in pic clearly states no enrollment fee, no annual fee but when I tried to sign up both thru the ad and at the gym the annual $49 fee is added and no one can override it to honor the ad. Terrible customer service from both levels. Do not trust what they advertise.
I just did the tour but was very impressed by the knowledge of the staff, cleanliness and all the high tech, low tech, fun classes offered and full movie theater so you could work out to a full screen movie! Several packages and discounts.

My husband and I joined this small gym.
We didn't like it and we're moving so we cancelled them. They said we had to go up there sign a cancel form and pay one more month . So upon doing that scam, they now harass us saying we didn't pay February or March payments.. Even though we most certainly did and have it on out bank statements.. They want us to pay an additional $41.99 claiming our account wasn't clear. Which if it wasn't clear why would you allow to us to sign the paper and close our account and tell us we're all done after the last $44 payment ??? This place is a scam.. Wouldn't recommend to anyone !! Called back and spoke to another lady who keeps saying my card was declined (mind you we keep our cards locked because of situations like this and I was never billed for April. I just paid $43.99 on April 6th.. And they miraculously found the payment made in February..this place is nothing but a scam.. So now I have to go out of my way to bring in my statements because this place is starving over $42 !!! But i will bring in my statements to stop the harassing phone calls and texts and emails!!!!

Been going here for well over 6 months and really have nothing bad to say. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you or give you suggestions. The gym is always clean, locker rooms and bathrooms look good. The o my negative I could say is om some very rare occassioms the bathrooms are almost completely out of toilet paper, but again that's a stretch.

I signed up to go here about 2 months ago, I decided to cancel my membership yesterday because there was not enough equipment here. Upon me notifying the gym that I wished to cancel my membership they told me I signed up for a year membership. Even though I was told that I could cancel my membership at anytime when I signed up. They will not let me cancel my membership and are insisting that they told me that I was signing up for a 1 year membership. My wife was with me at the time that we signed up and neither one of us would have signed up for a 1 year membership if they told us the truth. Instead they lied to us and are now forcing us to pay for a membership we don't want all because their staff has no integrity. NOT RECOMMENDED WHATSOEVER.
This gym is cool, personal trainers are a little fresh. Mostly working on sales rather then customer support. But other then that, always clean, nice front desk, great management! Just wish there was more beautiful ladies, seems like every time I go the most people I see are 15 maybe 20 people in general, unless they be hiding I'm the locker rooms. Needs boxing/kickboxing equipment !!! That's a must, would have gotten my friends to join all 13 of them are from the USMC base in Cali and they just workout at the housses, of they get some bags, they will boost memberships by 45- 80 percent!
The people here are great. Very nice, not typical for a gym from my past gym memberships. Don't like that the changed there memberships but everything is going up in price. They let me keep my old plan so I was totally fine. I stay here cuz of the people. Sooo friendly and doesn't matter if ur a weight lifter or a casual work out guy or if u have disabilities. They help one guy every time I'm in there. Makes me happy I found this place.

Great gym and atmosphere with good people. My only co.plaint is they're constantly updating their prices and packages so you end up paying more for fewer and fewer services.
Gold's Gym has treated us very well for the longest time and we loved that place, but you can not bring a guest for free with the Gold Membership that is $30 anymore... I suggest just switching to the $10 membership or jist to leave that place. They just took advantage of our money for 5 months
The gym is clean and well maintained. It isn't usually too crowded.
A work at your own pace gym. The staff are courteous and friendly. It has all of the comforts of home... only larger. Put this gym on your bucket list!!!!!!!
