The location there in is a dump, looks like a place to get robbed and murdered (no joke). They don't even have a sign out front. I need a gym to go to, but I'm not this desperate. GL to ever goes here.

They moved with zero notice to a really small location that is far from appealing. When I walked in the new location for the first time, it was so small and everything was so close together it just made me want to leave. They are also closed randomly and I've told my husband to take me off the membership and well, we cant do that if nobody is ever there..

This gym used to be really nice but in the past year it has gone to hell. I feel bad for the owner Brian because he seems very passionate about being a gym owner but unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere. As a bodybuilder, I feel that this gym was stunting my growth since there was so little equipment left after their so called "move." On top of the lack of equipment, the lighting is awful and the entire gym is extremely unsanitary. I had high hopes for this gym because of it's old school bodybuilding feel but it definitely fell short.

Whether you're a competitor or just someone looking to get in or stay in shape this is an amazing gym. Has the feel of a true old school gym. People are helpful and it's easy to feel like a part of a gym family instead of just a loner working out in a corporate chain. Highly recommend this gym to anyone at any level of fitness.

I absolutely love this gym. It is family owned by the Duba family. They have provided such a variety of options to maximize a great workout. So much great equipment. The Duba family are friendly, caring, personable and professional. The trainers are educated and dedicated to their clients. My sister and I train with Brian Duba. I highly recommend him if you are serious about transforming yourself. He has over 40 years experience and is a amazing in his field. Overall a great experience. Thank you to the Duba family. Great gym. Weights for days and never really PACKED. Can go at anytime and still get a good workout in.

Seriously the best gym I've ever been too. Eximious from top to bottom! The family that owns it makes you feel like family! The members there are all helpful and fun to be around! It has all the equipment you need! If you are looking for a gym to call home whether you are a beginner or an avid weight lifter please come check this place out!

Open all night, swipe access. It's a bodybuilding gym, no frills, but lots of weights, not too crowded. You can meet all your fitness goals here

This is a real gym, everyone there is friendly willing to spot, or help out. It's 24/7 but not always staffed. Freelance personal trainers (and they know their stuff) are on site throughout the day and they have a little fridge for sports drinks/shakes. One of my few five-star reviews, this is a place where you can walk-in, hang your keys on the wall and not worry about it. If you left your sports bottle, it would be at the register the next day.

I love the old school feel of this gym. I love that there isn't a television anywhere. Everyone that that I see in there are either athletes or body builders which help keep you motivated from a competitive standpoint. I love the there isnt people everywhere on there cell phones pretending to workout while occupying the equipment.

In need of a good cleaning. Otherwise I like it a lot. Good trainers always available. Plenty of cardio and weights to go around.

Great gym for someone who is looking to do some serious lifting. They have every machine and weight in there imaginable, it is home of the 200lbs dumbbells. A very motivating place and everyone in there is super helpful and knowledgeable.

The perfect free weight gym. Great for the price (I pay about 40 for my husband and I both!) and they've really cleaned the place up recently. Huge focus on weight training and it's a dream space to put your headphones in and forget anyone else exists. Key card access means you can go any time. Staff is all family and are sometimes hard to find but always pleasant and happy to help otherwise.

I joined about 1.5 yrs ago. Overall, I like small gyms because I go to workout not socialize. The owner, Brian, is a nice guy. When I started the place was always being cleaned (wiping down equipment, mirrors, floors were clean, bathrooms), not so much any more. One would think with the price increase, maintenance would continue, not the case. NOW it's over crowded with workout stations. The cardio room still hasn't come to fruition. The only rower is broken and taking up space. The only stair stepper is not functioning properly. Dirt and dust everywhere, most noticeable around the cardio equipment My next comment should be common courtesy to ALL gym users, IF YOU USE IT PUT IT BACK, CLEANUP AFTER YOURSELF, Wipe down the machines after use, they do provide the means.

The website specifically says its open 24 hours Mon thru Sun yet I go there to only find the place closed at 8:30pm. False advertising...whoever is marketing this page or webpage needs to update the information or tell the owner to change their hours.

Awesome gym! I would say it's getting too crowded, probably a result of the awesome facility mixed with very low monthly rates.
PLEASE open another one on the north side of town (I've since moved to that area). I'd be the first in line. And there's a huge need for a gym of this caliber(not club) in the North Gate/Monument area.
