Love this place! If you want a straight to the point lifting gym this is your place! They don't have the silly rules that most chains have. They have a ton of equipment! I almost never had to wait or feel like I needed to fight the crowds for equipment.... more
It is with regret that I now rate CPY as 2 star. I was a member of this studio for several years. I did my teacher training here. I have lots of reasons to be fond of these folks. In fact, I moved 1,400 miles to come to Colorado in part so that I could attend this studio and take yoga teacher training here.... more

The staff is friendly, the equipment is clean, and they have all the amenities needed so all you need is your workout clothes and a swimsuit. Everything else is provided. Great atmosphere to workout and also get a chance to relax.... more

This company has terrible reviews online and from first hand experience the salespeople associated with this gym are pushy and they like to haggle. After having a bad experience yesterday, I've been reading into the shady way these people do business and I highly recommend looking elsewhere.... more
Good place tobwork out..Way better than Buckley, it gives a feel of a old school gym..Far less crowded than the Carson gyms. Plenty of space and machines. Huge locker room..Get your steps in as you walk to four different weight rooms.... more
Packed with equipment dumbells starting at 5lbs up to 200lbs some equipment a little worn but all working ..The location there in is a dump, looks like a place to get robbed and murdered .... more
Great clean gym for a great workout. The Cardio theater is fantastic for just distracting you while you are huffing and puffing. There is more than enough equipment for everyone.The locker rooms and showers are clean and roomy.... more
Very good equipment and lots of machines. I never liked to go on Ft. Carson while in the military, now after separation I use it much more regularly..I love this gym. Has everything, a climbing wall, free weights, excellent and well maintained exercise equipment, a track upstairs, and a swimming pool.... more

There is a certain young personal trainer during the day that is really awesome i don't know her name but am pretty impressed by her work ethic. She does wear a shirt that says master trainer.... more
Had lots of fun for my granddaughter's birthday!.first off my daughter had a blast here I was reading through the other comments and it's insane what I'm seeing people are saying about this place it was amazing for me and my daughter were not the riches people so 12hr is very fair too me, i understood it was a little crowded but come on what do you expect for the weekend ? like really ? Staff was amazing and truth is they do watch for the kids not only that but you can go in your self as a parent with no charge to help your child and watch your own child this goes for the people that actually watch their kids and don't just sit back behind the walls I'll be coming back for sure you want fun this is the place to come for your kids,.... more
This gym has not frozen member payments , they have shut down all phone lines . You cannot go inside the gym to cancel your membership because their doors are locked and you cannot speak to anyone at the company - yet they are still charging customers? This is FRAUD.... more
I love racquetball, that's the only reason I enroll in the YMCA. I take my 2 children to racquetball clinics every Saturday with coach Kim, AND THEY LOVE IT. Please consider the construction of racquetball courts at the new facilities.... more
