Love this place! If you want a straight to the point lifting gym this is your place! They don't have the silly rules that most chains have. They have a ton of equipment! I almost never had to wait or feel like I needed to fight the crowds for equipment.... more
Crystal is such an incredible vinyasa yoga instructor. Audrey's yin class yesterday was so unique and wonderful as well..Audrey was amazing for warm vinyasa. She kept reminding us to do what was right for our bodies, so no pressure to perform.... more

It is with regret that I now rate CPY as 2 star. I was a member of this studio for several years. I did my teacher training here. I have lots of reasons to be fond of these folks. In fact, I moved 1,400 miles to come to Colorado in part so that I could attend this studio and take yoga teacher training here.... more
