Wow! Fantastic instruction and amazing instructors. The teachers provide much more than martial arts training. My daughter became more confident and a better citizen while training at this dojo. I am truly grateful for what they gave to my daughter. Absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm Hooked! Love this kickboxing class!
I've haven't been working out or at a gym for several years now and gained about 25lbs. I was a bit nervous about taking this class but I have to tell you...IT WAS AWESOME! I've dropped 5lbs in just a few classes and I really feel like I will be able to lose the rest by summer. I'm so excited! :)
