Love this place! If you want a straight to the point lifting gym this is your place! They don't have the silly rules that most chains have. They have a ton of equipment! I almost never had to wait or feel like I needed to fight the crowds for equipment. All the members and staff are super friendly and happy to offer advise when asked for it. I can say if you are a clean freak its not the cleanest place but that never bothered me or stopped me from getting the workouts in. Highly recommend to serious lifters!
Love this Gym, very old school, trainers are cool down to earth people, always helpful, and when you are in this gym you just get the urge to pump harder.
I love Flex! It's set up perfectly and it has everything you need. I also really appreciate that they have a little playroom for kids so I can bring my littles with me. Also very reasonably priced, and Bagel is one of the sweetest pups in the world.
I've been to gyms all over the world and this is easily in my top 5. Very motivating place to workout. If you "train" instead of "exercise", this is the place for you. Privately owned and excellent staff and family feel.

Great gym for bodybuilders, powerlifters and your average joe. It has the old school feel, but also has a huge variety of equipment so you can get an awesome workout in. I definitely recommend this gym. There's always a great group of people working out there and the staff is always friendly.

I am visiting and this gym is so everything I am looking for. The best part is everyone is so nice and caring. They really help you out and everyone just talks and is super great. This gym really felt like home. My Husband and I would tell anyone to come here. Plus there is a beautiful dog you get to pet also. The only issue I have with the gym is I wish I would had found it a lot sooner.

Best gym in the springs the staff are super approachable and knowledgeable. This gym should be the standard for all gyms.

If you're a serious athlete or just want to experience a gym from the days or Arnold, Franco, Lou, Sergio, and Frank Zane (think Gold's Gym back in the day) then this is the place to be.

This is a no frills, old school lifting gym. There's some cardio equipment but the focus here is free weights and weight machines. Most results in transforming my body has been here. Go in, get your work done, and leave. Simple. Staff is awesome and no judgement in where you start at. Independent trainers bring clients here too.

Old school gym, I keep expecting Arnold and Franco to show up...those who were around during the heyday will feel right at home.
Fantastic place, awesome gym-goers, and a great environment. It gives that feeling that if I only put in half the effort, I'll be told to keep working out. I'm glad I found this place.
Old school feel, plenty of new equipment. Clean and incredibly polite. If you love bodybuilding, powerlifting, you'll love the old school feel. Plenty for everyone. Cardio and machines as well as tons Of bars and racks. Even tires, kegs, and atlas stones in the back alley. Highly recommend for the seasoned weighlifter. .
