Do yourself a favor and sign up for sessions with Diana. She is the absolute perfect trainer - she pushes you, but is kind and fun along the way! I always leave feeling inspired and excited to take on the day. Trust me - do it!

Diana is the best trainer I have worked with. I leave every session feeling like I've really worked all the muscles in my body - yet not pushed beyond my limits. Not only does she push me during our sessions, but she is excellent at motivating me to be my best self at home and at work - and to always choose the healthy way of life. If you're looking for motivation, accountability, and someone who understands where you are at in life, then you need to sign up with Club Room Fitness! Diana really is helping me to change my life.

I have worked with Diana for more than two years. As a competitive athlete I have found that her focus on functional strength training, core and balance has not only helped me become stronger but also remain injury free. Diana works collaboratively - training me within the context of my broader racing and training schedule to optimize my overall fitness. Finally, Diana is enormously understanding of my often erratic travel schedule and is always willing to adapt or reschedule as needed. I highly recommend working with her!

I went to Diana to gain more more muscle so I would feel healthy and strong on my wedding day. We accomplished that in four months and I walked down the aisle feeling like the best version of me! Each workout was different and each exercise moves quickly so it keeps you engaged and looking forward to whats next! Diana would push me where I needed to be pushed and went slow where I needed to go slow. It so was great having a personalized workout experience! I highly recommend her for anyone's fitness goals! (33 years old)

I love Diana's training style! It is individually tailor made! She is Encouragingly Motivating!! I would not be able to make myself work out that same way at home :/ After only 2 sessions I immediately signed up my 18 year old son and 16 year old daughter...and they love it :) ...that definitely says a lot!!! Diana has set up a well placed, well equipped gym, that's just you and your trainer! We all like the privacy and individualized attention! No strangers staring, no embarrassment! We can just be relaxed and focused on ourselves. It's also great to jump on the elliptical (or bike) before each session to warm up and to get charged to go! Or to wake up :/ ...for when we have those earlier sessions :) Thanks Diana! You are a super fun Trainer! Cynthia (58 years old)

I have seen amazing results and, overall, has been a life changing experience! While nursing, I've lost 15 lbs and two dress sizes. Training with Diana is about more than just weight loss and appearance goals, it's about being a healthier person. My children and I are always greeted with a smile as well as a positive attitude! I'm also expecting my 4th child and Diana has been great at helping me pursue a healthy pregnancy. I recommend Club Room Fitness to anyone and everyone no matter your situation Diana is educated, able, and willing to work with you and your situation.

I was nervous going to a trainer before I started with Diana but she made me feel comfortable immediately! She presents challenges with encouragement and positivity! Within a month, I can tell a difference in my strength. My mom and I go together and would both highly recommend Diana!

I've been going to Diana for over three years now and I absolutely love her! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and fun to work with. She creates a well-rounded, but fresh routine every time. She always knows exactly how much weight/resistance/adaptation to use that challenges my body, but isn't so hard that I want to give up. She works with your schedule, the location is great, and the space is always very clean and comfortable.

It was definitely hard when I first started. There were times when I left after 30 minutes and thought I was going to throw-up. But she motivated me to keep it up and I'm so glad I did. I feel so much stronger and I've lost a lot of weight. More than that, I'm in better shape for running, hiking, skiing, and playing rugby and I'm happier with my body in general.

I love that Diana never made me feel bad when I first started. She's always positive and encouraging. She listens to your goals and makes it safe to push yourself. She'll work around injuries and I think I'm less injury prone after working with her. She'll help with nutrition advice, weigh-ins, and tell you about other fitness opportunities (races or other activities you might enjoy). It's always a fun workout and I leave feeling great.

I have been working with Diana for about a year and highly recommend her. Prior to Club Room Fitness, I was running daily with no variation in my workouts. I was constantly trying to lose fat and get toned by doing the same exercise. It wasn't until I began working with Diana that I noticed changes. She introduced me to resistance training and it has completely changed my outlook on exercise and fitness. As a female, I was skeptical of weights. Like most women, I didn't want to get big and bulky, I wanted to get lean. With Diana's experience and training program I accomplished what I was trying to achieve through cardio for years. Diana is an incredible trainer!

I've been working out with Diana for about 5 months. I'm 49 this year, and I feel ten years younger since I started working with her. She motivates without yelling, is very good at demonstrating the exercises and very reliable. I can't recommend her or her program highly enough.

Last winter I learned of a workout in Outside Magazine that was getting great results for skiers. It's called "Slump Killer":

I decided to add it to my winter training, because, why the hell not?!? I remember doing it the first time last winter and wanting to puke. Well, today I added it back in and didn't really struggle at all. I attribute this change to my workouts with you.

I really appreciate the quality of the workouts you structure for us and the energy you guide us with. Our results speak for themselves. Thanks again,

My wife started working out with Diana over a year ago and has had great results. When I left the Air Force I knew that I wanted to stay in shape as well so I began attending the workouts with my wife. I have been going to Club Room Fitness for a number of months now and Diana is a fantastic trainer. She always has new exercise and workout rotations. This helps keep from getting bored and is also better for strengthening and toning muscles than doing the same handful of exercises over and over again.

I would recommend Diana to anybody looking for a personal trainer. She can help you get back into shape, stay in shape or start exercising for the first time. She can modify her exercises for any strength and ability level,

I love Diana at Club Room Fitness! I worked out with her for 2 years before I had 2 small children and moved to a part of town far away from her studio. She is a lovely, genuine person who is so much fun to be around. Even though it's fun, during her sessions she is still making sure you are working out hard and with great form. We smiled and laughed all the way through our workouts much of the time. And she got me into excellent shape!

I stopped working out with Diana 4 years ago, but I still think about her when I do my workouts at home or at the nearby gym now. I remember what she would be saying to me about proper form and pushing hard. I think both the time and money invested with her was some of the best I have spent.
