My body has truly been transformed thanks to Trish's pilates instruction and attention to detail. She listens and observes very carefully during each session, constantly encouraging me with positive words and pointers. My husband and I wanted to take a trip to Eastern Europe which I knew would be challenging for me. I have multiple sclerosis which affects my balance, strength, stamina, and overall confidence. Trish and I worked together several months in advance, which made all the difference during that trip. I was able walk several hours at a time, often even longer than my sweet husband! The trip was magical, even better than I had dreamed. Trish and her positive, empowering approach to Pilates for my body - and for my sense of confidence - made all the difference. I'm eternally grateful to her, and highly recommend Revibe Pilates!
Have been coming to see Kenny & Trish for a few years and recently discovered Rossiter. Trish is such a caring and patient instructor! I have had chronic pain in my legs and knees for a very long time, but with Rossiter, I am starting to move more fluidly and with a highly reduced pain level. I honestly feel taller and have more energy!!! I highly recommend anything Trish and Kenny do- they are the bomb!
ReVibe is awesome! Been going there for Pilates for years, the staff and studio are fabulous! I just started Rossiter treatment with Trish... amazing results with my planter fasciitis and back pain. Trish is so knowledgeable and takes her time to understand your body and your goals. And if you want or need a great massage, Kenny has the healing hands!
I went to see Trish for a Rossiter session in January, and am thrilled by how much the technique has helped with my shoulder pain. After one session, my range of motion had improved, and my pain level had decreased significantly. I have continued the sessions, and could not be happier with the results. I would recommend Trish and the Rossiter treatment to anyone with chronic pain.

First, it should be known that I always hated massage....until I met Kenny. He is fabulous!!! I have had joint pain & stiffness in my knees & legs for a few years now ( it is hell getting older :)) and it is intensified by the drug I will take for the rest of my life to keep breast cancer from rearing its ugly head again. I thought I would have to live with chronic pain, but after just 2 massages, I feel better than I have in years! I wouldn't go anywhere else ever again. It's really Kenny that keeps me coming back, but the location & facility are pretty darn fabulous, too.
